Refund policy

Returns
If for any reason you wish to return or exchange your items purchased, please email lisa@altoclefgifts.com within 30 days of your purchase with your order number, and a return address will be sent to you.

Once the item have been received by us, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. Returns will be refunded minus original shipping charges. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund amount to appear in your account or on your card. All shipping costs are at the responsibility of the customer.
