You'll receive a pair of earrings made with stainless steel posts, a keychain, and a bonus heart to do with as you wish. Add some string and make it into a bracelet, or attach it to your viola case. 

The earring hearts are 3/4 of an inch at their widest point. The keychain is 1 1/4 inches across, and the bonus heart is 1 inch wide.
